Dear Families,

My goodness, it sure was a great time to start learning about weather!  I hope we have seen the last of big snow storms.  This week we will be learning all about weather.  We will learn about different kinds of clouds, and the special ways they behave in the sky.  I hope there are some clouds for us to observe!

Camping

This week you will get the big camping packet that will answer all of your questions about camping with the class.  Camp is May 16 and 17 and we do stay over night.  If there are returning parents who would like to write a “testimonial” about camp, please email the group and “reply all” to the email version.   It’s nice when the first grade parents get a flavor of camp before hand.

It’s very helpful to Dawn and I if you fill out the permission part of your packet asap and send that back.  If you need to take more time with the volunteer part, that’s fine.

We need…

Snacks. Pencils,Kleenex

Thank You

For your massive support of the Barton Plant Sale, I thank you so much.  It was fun to see the kids so excited about supporting their school.
