Barton Family Picnic

The 2011-2012 before school family picnic will be held Thursday, August 25, 2011, 5:00 – 7:30 PM at Minnehaha Park, Wabun Picnic Pavilion D. Please see the map of the area and parking directions (Limited free parking adjacent to pavilion D). In order to avoid long food lines and have more opportunity to visit with parents and classmates, we are trying a new format this year. Instead of a potluck, each family is responsible for their own picnic meal and should bring a small dessert to share. Tableware, water and lemonade are provided. We will have a reminder about these details in the August Barton Bugle that is mailed to families. Volunteers are needed and welcome. Please contact Barton parent Andie Thomas at andrienthomas@gmail.com if you can help with set-up, serving or cleanup arrangements for the family picnic. Thank you!
