Updates and reminders:

Spring Band Concert- Wednesday, May 25th from 8:55-9:45am

Shakespeare Play performance put on by the Uppers - Thursday, May 26th
***permission forms went home last week. Please return by next Monday, May 23rd.

Annual Bike Day for the Middles - Friday, May 27th (alternate day in case of rain is June 1st) - 9am until the end of the day
The 5/6 classes need many volunteers in order to make this fun event happen. Please let me know if you can join us! ***Permission forms for this event will be distributed in class tomorrow

Barton Lake Day - Friday, June 3rd

Portfolio Sharing - Monday, June 6th (7:15-9:30am)
On Monday, June 6th, the students of room 8 will be ready to share portfolios of their work with their families. The students have thoughtfully selected their best work. Please let me know in advance if you plan on coming. It is very important that each child has at least one parent come. I hope to see you all.

Valleyfair! - Tuesday, June 7th (Last day of school)

Our class reached our plant sale goal!! Yahoo! Go team! Next week we will celebrate with a pizza party for lunch. :)
