Patty’s 3/4 Class Brings You the Top 10 Reasons To Attend the Wild Rumpus Book Fair!
Tuesday, October 20, 2015 11:10 AM

Out of the mouths of … third and fourth graders! Patty’s students in room 211 want you to go to the book fair next month, so they came up with their 10 favorite reasons for why you’ll love it. Drum roll please.

10. They have so many cool bookmarks.

 9. Check out their cool bathroom! (Think fish tanks.)

 8. A percentage of the day’s sales goes to Barton!

 7. Learn new stuff.

 6. To have fun and become a better reader.

 5. Buy books for our class!

 4. Munch cookies and sip lemonade.

 3. Lots of different animals to see, count and touch.

 2. They have that tiny kid door, and sometimes adults try to squeeze through it.

And the Number One reason to attend the Wild Rumpus Book Fair:

1. To buy a wide variety of books for Barton and get ideas for yourself!

The book fair is in three weeks! It’s on Wed., Nov. 11, noon to 8 pm, at Wild Rumpus book store (2720 West 43rd St., Minneapolis). If you have any questions or would like to volunteer, contact parent coordinators Amy Langanki,, Fiona Pradhan,, or Sarah Kuzel Leslie,
